Everything you need to know about our mobile grooming services
Got questions about mobile pet grooming? We've answered the most common questions below. If you don't see your question here, feel free to call us at (951) 531-7446.
Mobile pet grooming means we bring a fully equipped grooming van to your home. Everything is done right in your driveway or parking area. You don't have to drive anywhere or drop off your pet. We come to you, groom your pet, and you're done!
We provide mobile grooming in these areas: Riverside, Highland, Murrieta, Perris, Menifee, and Temecula. If you're nearby and unsure, send your ZIP code and we'll confirm.
Grooming time varies based on the service and your pet's size and coat condition. A full groom typically takes 1.5 to 3 hours. A bath and tidy or bath and blow dry usually takes 1 to 2 hours. Quick services like nail trims take about 10 to 15 minutes.
It depends on your pet. Some pets do better if their owner is nearby, while others are fine on their own. We can work with whatever makes you and your pet most comfortable. Many clients watch from inside their home or go about their day while we work.
Yes! We groom both dogs and cats. Cats need extra patience and a gentle approach, which is what we provide. Mobile grooming is often less stressful for cats since they don't have to leave home or be around other animals.
We specialize in working with nervous and anxious pets. We take our time, use gentle handling techniques, and give breaks when needed. Mobile grooming is often better for anxious pets because they stay in their familiar environment. Let us know about any concerns when you book, and we'll adjust our approach.
Pricing varies based on your pet's size, breed, coat condition, and the service you choose. We're happy to provide a quote over the phone. Just call us at (951) 531-7446 and tell us about your pet.
Call or reach out through our website to request an appointment. We'll ask a few quick questions about your pet so we can schedule the right amount of time.
Nope! We bring everything we need. Our mobile grooming van is fully equipped with water, electricity, grooming tools, shampoos, and all supplies. You don't need to provide anything except your pet.
We can often work out minor mats and tangles with careful brushing. Severe matting may require shaving the affected areas to keep your pet comfortable. We'll always discuss the best approach with you before proceeding.
Absolutely. We have experience working with senior pets and know they may need extra care, patience, and breaks. We adjust our handling and positioning to keep senior pets comfortable throughout the grooming process.
We use high-quality, professional-grade grooming products that are gentle on your pet's skin and coat. If your pet has allergies or skin sensitivities, let us know and we can use specialized products.
It depends on your pet's breed and coat type. Dogs that need haircuts typically benefit from grooming every 4 to 8 weeks. Pets with shorter coats may only need grooming every 6 to 12 weeks. We can help you determine the best schedule for your pet.

If the coat is heavily matted, the coat will need to be removed so new healthy coat growth can come in. We'll explain what we see before we begin, and we'll choose the safest option for your pet.
If matting is severe, we do not put pets through painful de-matting. In those cases, shaving is the safer and kinder option.
